Q: What is the schedule of events so far?

A: We want this trip to be as relaxed and flexible as possible for everyone coming; some people will be staying for an entire week, others will be staying for a few days, but everyone will be there from Fri – Sun.  Outside of the schedule below, you can feel free to plan any other activities that you want.  We will be sure to post any cool activities others are thinking about doing on the blog in case you’re interested in joining. So far the schedule is as follows: 

Friday, November 9

6 – 9 pm     “welcome” dinner – venue TBA, all guests

Saturday, November 10

10 am            ladies brunch, venue TBA, all ladies invited

12 – 4 pm      ladies wedding preparation in our suite, ladies ONLY!

4 – 5 pm       wedding ceremony on beach, all guests

5 – 6 pm       photos, all guests

6:30 – 9 pm   dinner @ El Torote Steakhouse

            9 – 11 pm    private reception @ ocean-front bar

Q: Where is the gift registry?

A: We know that there is significant cost with coming far away to celebrate with us and so we ask that you please do not give us any wedding presents. Your attendance is more than enough!

Q: What kind of clothes do I need to pack and what is the weather like?

A: For the ceremony and reception, semi-casual: dress shirt and slacks for men (tie not necessary--hot weather) and sundresses / skirts for ladies. In the wedding party the ladies will be wearing cobalt blue dresses and the men will be wearing khaki slacks with white shirts untucked. 

The weather in Cabo San Lucas is nice and warm in November. For those in the Pacific Northwest it will be a nice change.
